We, Yeebah Delivery W.L.L (CR 168592-1) (hereinafter referred to as “Yeebah”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you a powerful and safe online experience. This Privacy Policy applies to the Yeebah App and Website which governs data collection and usage. By using the Yeebah App, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. Yeebah also collects anonymous demographic information, which does not personally identify you, such as your age, gender, preferences, interests, and favourites. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Yeebah. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses - we intend to optimize your App experience and thereby serve you better. This information is used by Yeebah for the operation of the Service, to maintain quality of the Service to better understand, protect and serve our Users, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Yeebah App.

For Drivers we collect additional information requiring their CPR, driving license and vehicle registration. We need this information to maintain safety, security and integrity of our Services and Users.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Yeebah public messaging community,such as in comments or reviews, this information may be collected and used by others.

NOTE: Yeebah does not read any of your private online communications. And for these public statements we cannot ensure the privacy or security of any information included in such user generated content.

How we use your Personal Information

Yeebah collects and uses your personal information to operate the Yeebah App and deliver the Services you have requested. Yeebah also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of the customers and/or delivery service providers that are available to you. Yeebah may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current Services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Yeebah does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Yeebah may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. To opt-out of this function, you could contact us through support@yeebah.net

Yeebah encourages you to periodically review this to be informed of how Yeebah is protecting your information. If there is a significant change in the Policy we will endeavour to provide a reasonable notice of this on our App. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted under applicable law your continued use of our Services after we publish it on our App will constitute your consent to the updated Policy.

DISCLAIMER

Although Yeebah endeavours to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. By using the App/Website, you agree that the Company will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission and/or unauthorized acts of third parties.

Deletion of Account

You have the option of deleting your account on our App by contacting our support team at support@yeebah.net. Once we complete deleting your account, we will send a confirmation email, However, kindly note that if you have any pending Transaction or outstanding payment then you will be unable to delete the account till that is complete. Once you delete your account your data will also be permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered.

Grievance redressal and Contact Information

Yeebah welcomes comments regarding this Privacy Policy. If you believe that Yeebah has not adhered to this Policy and if you have a grievance regarding our Privacy Policy or data usage practices, please contact Yeebah through support@yeebah.net email.
